RSPS perk systems, allow players to unlock PvM and Skilling enhancements via a dedicated NPC (e.g., Perk Master) to boost experience rates, combat, and drop rates. Players earn Perk Points by completing tasks, killing monsters, or leveling skills to buy, upgrade, and equip perks, with options for preset configurations.
Key Aspects of RSPS Perk Systems:
  • Acquisition & Upgrading: Perks are bought from a Perk Master or specialized shop using Perk Points earned through active gameplay, such as PvM tasks (Slayer) or leveling skills to 99+.
  • Perk Types:
    • Combat (PvM): Includes increased accuracy, damage boosts, soul split, or improved drop rates.
    • Skilling: Boosted XP rates and faster gathering speeds.
    • Utility: Pet-finding rate increases.
  • Equipping & Management: Players can equip multiple perks, with options to save up to 5 presets for quick loading.
  • Progression: Systems often feature tiers (Easy/Medium/Hard/Elite) that increase in difficulty and reward higher-level perks.

We’ve previously discussed the idea of implementing a perk system internally and have decided not to move forward with it at this time. Based on that decision, this suggestion will now be closed and archived.

That said, please don’t let this discourage you from sharing more ideas. We truly value community feedback, and your input plays an important role in shaping Zynix.
